Your online purchases will be sent using the company that provides the best service for you in each case. After validation of the payment received, it will be collected by the transport company the next business day. We do not ship on holidays and non-business days.
The cost of shipping artwork (paintings or drawings) is free worldwide. The cost of shipping fine art prints provided by our partners will depend on their shipping costs policy. In all cases you will get the cost at the moment of your purchase and won't need to pay anything else later.
Xchanges and returns
Before any purchase we strongly request that you review the order and payment. For our part, we will take care of sending the acquired work with all the guarantees of quality, originality and artistic value. We have never had any returns due to our causes and we ask that you please do not make any purchases before carefully thinking about it and making sure that you want to acquire a work by Sebastian Moreno Coronel. Each author's work is a part of himself and he wants to make sure that it will be in good hands and that it will be appreciated and enjoyed there. Having said that:

If you wish to return your purchase you should e-mail us email@example.com
Within the first 10 working days after reception of the order, including in the text the receipt number, description of the article you wish to return and the reason. We will then contact you with instructions. The purchase should be returned without being used, if possible, and with original tags and packaging. We will inform you when we receive the return and if accepted. If accepted, you will be reimbursed within a month. Sebastian Moreno Coronel Art will only pay the shipping costs if the return was our fault. If the return is not accepted, we can return it to you, if desired, with the corresponding shipping costs.
